Q: How much does business delivery cost, and how will I pay for my cleaning?

A: We value your business, so we are keeping this service at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.  Quality Cleaners will keep your credit card in a secure file to be billed on or about the first of each month.  When we return your clothes on the next pickup and delivery day, we’ll have a detailed invoice attached to a personalized drycleaning bag that will stay with you as long as you are a Quality Cleaners customer.

Q: How much does home delivery cost, and how will I pay for my cleaning?

A: Because of the added expense of home delivery, there is a small upcharge for home delivery.  The charge is approximately 12%.  Quality Cleaners will keep your credit card in a secure file to be billed on or about the first of each month.  When we return your clothes on the next pickup and delivery day, we’ll have a detailed invoice attached to a personalized drycleaning bag that will stay with you as long as you are a Quality Cleaners customer.

 

Q: How will you know how I like to have my drycleaning done or shirts laundered?

A: We will ask you to complete a ‘Customer Preference Card’ that we will keep on file so we always know exactly how you like your clothes prepared or if you have any special requests.

 

Q: Is this service for dry cleaning only, or can I have alterations and shoe repairs picked up and delivered too?

A: As long as the instructions are clearly marked, we are happy to provide repairs as part of our pick-up and delivery service.  We can also provide shoe repair, so don’t forget to drop your shoes in the bag too!  If you need to be measured for repairs, come on in and we can deliver your clothes back to you when they are ready.

 

Q: What if I try the Quality Cleaners delivery service and don’t like it?  Is there a commitment?

A: This service is being offered as a convenience, and there is no commitment.  If, for any reason, you decide you no longer want delivery, just let us know and we’ll take you off the route.
